I was busy studying for my coming exams in front of my computer, and suddenly HolyCow pops a question to me online. “Hentai. Anime or Manga?“.
Wow. That question never strikes on my head before. Me, a normal human being do enjoy “these” perverted things like others who enjoys anime. Admit it. You can’t lie. Why do you have a box of tissue paper on convenient place on your desktop? >:3
So yeah. Back to the question “Which one I prefer? Hentai anime or manga“.
Edo
I swing to manga. Obviously. Hard to pinpoint why. Personal taste maybe? I like it when everything is in black and white sketches with those comic speech bubbles. They’re not animated, but I have strong imagination to cover that up.
I treat no audio as a big bonus. It allows me to enjoy it without others in close proximity feels awkward. It allows to me listen to any song that I want while reading it. Again, it’s a big bonus there.
I rarely watch hentai, simply because i just turns me off. I rather watch porn than hentai. Really. and I rarely watch porn. Srsly. Call me a loser, but yeah, I fap to 2D black and white sketches. T_T
Plus, it’s fun to see my favourite characters “hit it on” in high quality doujins. You know what i meant. >:3
No wait. Nah, I think it’s just personal preference. >_>
HolyCow
They say exams do weird stuff to your brain… Such as making you debate over which is superior: H anime or H manga.
I’m a strong supporter of H anime, mainly because there’s Audio. I daresay I enjoy the Audio more than the Video itself at most times, so TERRIBAD art doesn’t bother me much. That said, I still do enjoy certain H manga out there, like doujinshi by Kirintei.
While discussing this with Tokoyami, we came to a win-win scenario: Read H-manga with H-Anime audio playing in the background. Best of both worlds.

I swing the manga way, and by that, I mean original H-manga series. I’m not a fan of H-doujins because it ruins the character image. Especially if its a character I like.
I like original series, preferably ones with recurring characters or with a really good story. There are a few artists whose series I’ve really come to appreciate and enjoy, namely O.RI (who is absolutely hilarious), Cuvie (who is a lady 8D), Kiasaragi Gunma (all the girls look the same), and my number 1 favourite, Yamatogawa.
H-manga is pretty much similar to normal manga – they tend to start out good in print, but they suffer adaptation failure. A lot of good manga series have had that, and the same can be said about H-manga, too. H-manga tends to have more room for the artists’ creativity and for the readers’ imagination.

101% support for H-Anime.
One of the reason is because of Tony Taka’s H-Anime.
I would say it is one hell of a awsm artwork.
It might sounds weird but, I do aim for those censored H-Anime.
And fuk yeah, most of the awsm H-Anime out there are censored anyway.
True, the audio plays an important role.
Kudos to those voice casters for making such awsm “sound effect”.
Lastly, if want me to choose non-Anime, I will opt for CGs instead of Manga.
I actually hate doujins, I don’t like seeing characters I like getting violated (not because they need to stay pure or something like that) but I like original hentai manga so I don’t care what happens to them :P
@shin
Sucks to be me shin, i’m sharing my room with my brother so audio is a bad idea T_T.
@dood
Lol well, I like my favourite characters properly “violated”. But most of the time is weren’t violated, but “butchered” coz it’s badly done :(
Same here, I like original mangas like those in LO magazine. My favourite :P
For me, anything goes.
Good works will be good regardless of the format it’s in.
A bad POS will be a bad POS regardless of the format it’s in.
Manga that are in black and white, if good, allows the reader to place all the colours and animate them with the mind.
Manga that are coloured, but on paper, if good, allows the reader to animate them, etc.
Things that are animated, if good, allows the viewer to immerse themselves in it.
Conversely, bad animated works annoy the viewer, bad manga bore the reader.
If it becomes a chore to enjoy, it’s bad. If it excites the viewer, it’s good.
The rest is personal preference. Enjoy extracting the qualities that appeal to you.
Same thing in H here, folks.
Personally, if I’m reading/watching H, I like the plot. The art styles may or may not appeal to me, but as long as they don’t offend me I’m all good. Same thing for audio. For some things it’s just better to play it on mute because it sounds too annoying.
For this reason I try to extract what’s going on and focus on whatever works I am currently enjoying.
Conversely whilst watching pornography, I know it’s all the same stuff(unless it’s some eastern works, there’s always a plot now and then), so I tend to open several videos at the same time and immerse myself in the whole thing, regardless of origin, as long as it suits my tastes.
The audio wrapped around your ears when using headphones whilst watching 20 clips at the same time is just plain wonderful.
Manga are waaaayy better. I don’t really like anime with really sucky sketch, even so there’s a nice one, but too few. ._.
I say……….. J-drama. Hahahah!
Yamatogawa is the BEST!!!!
You post is awesome.
manga~~~~~~
I prefer Manga bcz it’s hard to find a good H anime (good animation)…and plus, to me, the drawings in manga is moar awesome X3
+1 H-Anime
I hate H.Seriously WTF.
